On-Site Consultation
Service provided to Treasure Valley Idaho residents.
If you find yourself with unused space in your yard and dream of turning it into a productive food source for you and your family, I'm here to help. Transforming your yard into a sustainable food-producing oasis is not only rewarding but also beneficial for your health and the environment.
Why would you need an on-site consultation? By utilizing the expertise of a seasoned gardener like myself, who can assess your space, understand your requirements, and analyze the sunlight exposure in different areas of your yard, I will create a tailored plan to maximize your green space efficiently.
What you get after an on-site consultation? During the consultation, I will evaluate the layout of your yard, discuss your preferences and needs, and then craft a detailed plan that suits your lifestyle and goals. Whether you envision a flourishing vegetable garden, a vibrant fruit orchard, or a combination of both, I can help you bring your vision to life.
You will receive a Crop Design & Plant List (for up to 4 4x8' garden beds or equivalent square foot space).
This service does not include the installation of the garden/orchard.
What is the cost of the consultation and how long will it take? The consultation is $125 and it takes about an hour on-site. You will receive the crop design and plant list within 7-10 business days.
What months do consultations take place? Consultations can happen any time of the year! Spring is the most common, but every season has it's advantages and the garden plan that I will give you will be easily implemented when the time is right.
- Did you move to a new house in the summer? That's the perfect time to plan for fall planting of perennial fruits/plants or to plan a fall garden!
- It's fall now, and I want to make sure I have a plan for next growing season! Great idea! We can work on a plan and vision together and you'll have all the dark months of winter to dream big!
