This wonderful garlic is the new rising star in gourmet garlic. Chesnok has a strikingly beautiful color, a delightful aroma, and fabulous flavor. Excellent for cooking or baking, it keeps its shape and develops a wonderful flavor. Chesnok Red produces large purple striped uniform bulbs with about 10 to 12 cloves per bulb. It’s origin is the Republic of Georgia. This is by far our best selling, largest, and easiest to grow hardneck! Medium storage when well cured.
